Senior Property Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property management, leasing, and sales.

Duties:

- Perform annual property reconciliation!

- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties ensuring optimal performance and profitability

- Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and tenants

- Oversee property leasing and marketing activities

- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions

Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management, asset management, or related field

- Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation

- Proficiency in Office suite and property management softwares (Nexus and Kardin)

- Knowledge of property leasing, sales, and marketing strategies

- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
