Salary: $22.50/$25.00

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM; rotating including weekends)

Schedule & Compensation

12-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM (rotating schedule, including weekends and every other Wednesday)

$22.50/hour starting salary

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operation of computer systems

Execute scheduled and ad-hoc system tasks

Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as needed

Log and track system alerts and downtimes using tracking tools

Support incident response and system recovery efforts

Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support

Coordinate with senior operators and IT staff

Perform routine data entry and system updates

Document procedures and contribute to process improvements

Maintain compliance with operational policies and escalation standards

Qualifications

Two-year Technical College Degree or equivalent experience

1–2 years of experience in a computer operations, help desk, or systems monitoring role

Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

Must pass a criminal background check

Must complete fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process

Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural accuracy
