What You’ll Do
HRIS Leadership: Oversee all HRIS planning, development, testing, and implementation. Drive Optimization and lead the team through system integration!
Optimization & Reporting: Improve processes, integrate systems, and manage data/reporting for business insights. Compensation & Benefits experience preferred.
Project & Change Management: Lead HRIS projects, system updates, and change initiatives.
User Support & Training: Ensure smooth functionality, resolve issues, and train users for efficiency.
Team & Vendor Management: Supervise the HRIS team and collaborate with software vendors.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 8-10+ years in HRIS management; Workday experience strongly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Compensation, Benefits, system integration, and data analytics. They want a true optimizer and HRIS expert!
Leadership Skills: Managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HRIS or related technologies.
