Job Title: Process Technician

Location: On-site, Tualatin, OR

Pay Rate: $30.00/h - $40.00/h

Contract Duration: 2 years (conversion eligibility comes with 6 months)

Interview Process: In-person interview with manager & other team members

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain 300mm Wafer tool processing in a safe, orderly, and efficient manner in a Class 10 cleanroom environment.

Operate process tools and metrology tools.

Communicate clearly and document via email, IM, Excel spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Follow Best Known Methods (BKMs) and procedures accurately.

Prepare and execute instructions from Engineers/Management.

Prepare for upcoming experiments in advance.

Follow laws regarding breaks and lunch and be accountable for oneself.

Perform daily housekeeping of designated lab areas.

Stay up to date on required Web-Based Trainings (WBTs).

Stop and ask when things are unclear or unsafe to Engineers and management.

Review results for pre-measurement by verifying particle and thickness data.

Perform basic troubleshooting of alarms and document alarms.

Send daily pass down at shift end.

Walk approximately 3-8 miles per day.

Lift approximately 20 pounds regularly.

Carry FOUPs/FOSBs regularly/daily while walking through the Lab and to various buildings (~20 lbs).

Training:

3 weeks of training on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, alternating with Wednesday from 4:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
