Our client, a beauty brand, is seeking a remote TikTok Shop Manager to join their team on a temp basis, 10-15 hours per week. This is a multifaceted role that requires a blend of social media expertise, e-commerce knowledge, and creative thinking to drive sales and brand awareness on TikTok's platform. This role will not be responsible for the organic TikTok account or creating any content.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of social ecommerce initiatives on TikTok Shop
Work on enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and improving customer engagement through TikTok Shop
Lead and manage TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers, affiliates, and content creators, including recruitment and onboarding.
Work with content creators to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with their audience.
Monitor and optimize affiliate performance metrics and suggest improvements to drive more traffic to TikTok Shop.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless affiliate tracking and payment processes.
Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags
Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.
Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of direct experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, creator ecosystem, and commerce tools.
Demonstrated success in running sales-driven TikTok campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
