Account Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to be the key liaison between our internal team, contractor partners, and insurance providers. This position requires high attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and insurance providers regarding insurance claims.

Monitor the progress of insurance claims from initiation to completion, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.

Collaborate with internal team members to coordinate project timelines and logistics.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all claims and communications.

Communicate effectively with all necessary parties to provide updates and address any issues.

Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in claim management.

Work directly with insurance carriers to come to an agreement on scope

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in software CRM and other project management systems (Monday.com, Google Drive, etc.)

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.

Prior experience in roofing, construction or insurance roles is required

Previous supplement experience is preferred

Competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000
