Staff Accountant

The ideal candidate will have solid accounting practices knowledge, excellent analytical skills, manufacturing, and enthusiastically want to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Assist with budget and forecast preparation.

Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.

Ensure timely bank payments.

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

Audit financial transactions and documents.

Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
