DevOps Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure environments to ensure uptime and reliability
Automate deployment and infrastructure using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines and improve automation processes
Collaborate with developers, operations engineers, security teams, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or similar roles
Proven experience with Azure: virtual networks, identity & access, DNS, monitoring, backup, security, and cost management
Hands-on with Azure services like Monitor, Application Gateway, Entra ID, Key Vault, Storage, Defender, OpenAI
Strong scripting/coding skills in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#
Proficient with IaC tools: ARM, Bicep, Terraform
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Knowledge of tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
Skilled in writing system documentation and working in Agile environments (e.g. Jira)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft architecture best practices, governance, and zero trust principles
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications:
Broad experience across multi-cloud (AWS a plus), on-prem systems, networking, automation, and patch management
Experience with Azure PaaS services like App Services, Functions, SQL Database, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.
Understanding of AI and tools like Azure OpenAI
