Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our new team. As an inbound SDR at NINJIO, your primary mission will be to convert inbound leads into meetings for our Account Executives. This role involves persistence, logic, judgement and a positive attitude. Your work will be critical in ensuring a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Book appointments with inbound leads for our Cybersecurity Analyst team in a timely fashion
Vet leads and prospect personas to ensure analysts are meeting with ICP contacts.
Ensure meetings between the prospective client and the appropriate NINJIO Cybersecurity Analyst are being booked.
Handle prospect inquiries via the NINJIO Live Chat.
Confirm all Cybersecurity Analyst Meetings prior to first meeting date.
Follow-through to ensure meetings occur or pursue until successful AE meetings occur
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned messaging, continuously working to improve your messaging, and approach to maximize pipeline creation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot
Hit and exceed monthly targets for outreach activity and qualified meetings that occur
What You Bring
0-1 year experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
Passion for service and connecting with new people
Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
A self-starter attitude with grit, resilience, and a passion to win
Proficient Microsoft Office applications skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Superior organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Long-term interest in building a career in sales

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Compensation Model:
This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position with the opportunity to earn bonuses for peak performance.
