They’re looking for someone driven, social, and results-oriented to grow a network of personal injury law firms. If you enjoy meeting new people, attending industry events, and building long-lasting partnerships—this is the role for you.

What’s in it for you:

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

Uncapped Commission: Top performers earn $15K–$55K+ in year one

Monthly Car & Phone Stipend: $400 car / $25 phone

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms

Host meetings, lunches, and events with attorneys and paralegals

Educate firms on how we support their clients through funding and medical liens

Use Salesforce to manage outreach and pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of outside sales experience

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Experience in legal or personal injury space a plus (but not required)

Ambitious, proactive, and excited to make an impact
