Our Client, Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Executive Assistant in their New York, NY location.

*Must be comfortable working fully on-site, 5 days a week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and their team. This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks with discretion, efficiency, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive and team, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and organize travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to information requests with professionalism and accuracy.

Assist with expense reporting, filing, data entry, and other general office duties.

Conduct research and compile data for special projects and executive decision-making.

Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information.

Proactively anticipate needs and offer thoughtful solutions and support with minimal direction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role.

MUST have Financial Services experience

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong calendar management and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with creating tables, mail merges, and formatting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management.

Discretion, good judgment, and professionalism in all interactions.

Flexible, resourceful, and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
