Role: Senior Civil Estimator - Underground Utilities

Compensation: $150,000 - 200,000+ with additional bonus opportunities. $1,000-$1,500/month vehicle allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the estimating process for large-scale civil projects focused on underground utilities

Analyze project plans, specs, and conditions to prepare accurate and competitive bids

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop cost-effective strategies

Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and solutions

Present and defend estimates to leadership and stakeholders with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

7-10+ years of experience in civil estimating, with a strong focus on underground utilities

Proven ability to handle multi-million dollar bids from concept to close

Deep understanding of unit pricing, labor production rates, and equipment costs

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HCSS, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar)

Strong communication and leadership skills – you’ll be a key voice on our pre-construction team
