AI Integration Engineer/ Web Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Integration Engineer / Web Developer to lead the development and delivery of our private AI platform. This role requires a passionate AI enthusiast who actively explores AI as a tool for web development and has been utilizing or learning AI within the past year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, UX principles, and programming languages while also being capable of leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and deployment of our private AI platform, ensuring seamless AI integration.

Utilize AI to enhance web development processes, optimizing workflows and user experience.

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Perl, etc.

Implement UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Provide strategic guidance on AI benefits and challenges in web development.

Collaborate with internal teams and management to align AI-driven solutions with business goals.

Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining best practices in AI and web development.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in web development and AI integration.

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.

Strong experience in Python for AI and web applications.

Firm understanding of UX principles and web development frameworks.

Experience with HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Perl.

Demonstrated experience using AI as a tool in web development within the last year.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects.

Proven ability to work in companies ranging from 500-2000 employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Involvement in AI-related volunteer work or external programs.
