Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Technician (Level II) to join our team in Cushing, MN. This role is ideal for IT professionals who have experience supporting 200–300+ end users and thrive in both office and field environments. Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and rack-mounted systems
Perform basic network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues
Respond to and manage tickets and support calls efficiently
Provide technical support for Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
Manage mobile devices and tablets using MDM systems
Travel to pipeline sites across multiple states to support field users and ensure hardware and connectivity performance
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in desktop or technical support
Prior field technician or field support experience is highly desirable
Strong troubleshooting skills in networking and hardware-related issues
Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road
