Litigation Associate

Title: Commercial Litigation Lawyer (Trade Secret/Patent Infringement/Employment or Business Litigation)
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Open to Hybrid or Remote)
Salary: $175k - $325k Plus Bonus and Benefits
Haraka Headhunters LLC is a New York City-based attorney search firm located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Grand Central Station. We are currently working with a top-tier boutique law firm that is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add a few more commercial litigation lawyers who can handle a wide range of complex matters.
What We Are Looking For...
Ideally, at least 5 years of litigation experience in at least 2 of the following practice areas: personal injury, insurance coverage/bad faith, infringement, employment law, business disputes, and/or real estate disputes.
Extensive experience with depositions, motions, court appearances, and trial practice will be a plus.
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
Education Requirements:
Must be admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
