SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Salesforce Administrator has the primary responsibilities of proactively improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, and designing best practice solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of Phillips’s Salesforce platform, providing essential support to cross functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite in Irvine, CA)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Phillips Corporate Office – Irvine, CA
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 + annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve incoming support tickets via Salesforce Cases, providing timely assistance to end users.
Assist in user onboarding and management: creating and maintaining users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Perform regular data imports, exports, and support ongoing data audits and cleanup efforts to maintain data quality.
Help configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and Lightning page layouts.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Support and maintain Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions.
Participate in sandbox testing, change control, and deployment processes.
Support documentation, testing, and training for new and existing Salesforce features.
Assist in troubleshooting and support integrations with connected systems (e.g., Epicor, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot).
Perform other Salesforce-related tasks and administrative support as assigned by the team or supervisor.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required (or working to obtain certification)
Experience Requirements:
Two to Four years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
Other Required Skills and Qualities:
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, user management, reporting, and automation tools (i.e. Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages)
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
Growth oriented problem solver who can create a scaled environment for company growth.
Data driven professional who is comfortable with data analysis and working with large data sets.
Ability to work as a team player and follow company policy, procedures, and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with third-party tools integrated with Salesforce such as Epicor, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
