Located onsite in Raleigh North, North Carolina ON SITE

MacOS troubleshooting experience REQUIRED.

Additional Preferred skills

• Certified Support Professional

• Cisco CCNA certification

• CompTIA A+ certification

• Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies such as the difference between Incident, Problem, and Change

Ticketing System is ServiceNow. Handling call escalations from Tier 1 to Tier 2. Various Shifts Phone, email and chat support.
