Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager (Temp to Perm – Onsite in Saddle Brook, NJ)
Schedule: Approx. 30 hours per week (Flexible)
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our client’s small, casual office environment (approx. 5 people). This role is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks (desktop) experience, looking for a flexible schedule. While this position is primarily onsite, occasional remote work is allowed in urgent situations (e.g., sick family member).
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and perform bank/credit card reconciliations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Office Management:
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general operations.
Schedule meetings and company events.
Maintain employee records and coordinate with vendors/accountants.
Finance Management:
Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.
Qualifications:
2- or 4-year degree in Accounting.
Experience using QuickBooks (desktop version) is required.
Basic Excel skills.
Strong communication skills; frequent interaction with vendors and accountants.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
