Corporate Controller – Global Manufacturing Company

A growing international manufacturing company is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its U.S. finance operations and contribute to global financial strategy. This position reports directly to the CFO and partners closely with both site and international leadership teams.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a global, fast-paced environment with strong visibility and opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead day-to-day accounting operations (GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, reporting)

•Manage monthly close, audits, and accurate financial reporting

•Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

•Drive process improvements, internal controls, and inventory accuracy

•Support capital planning and strategic decision-making

•Collaborate with global finance teams across multiple countries

•Mentor and manage a high-performing accounting team

•Support ERP improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements:

•CPA required

•10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

•Manufacturing and cost accounting experience

•Strong leadership and team management skills

•Comfortable working with legacy ERP systems (Glovia experience a plus)

•Excellent communication and analytical skills

•Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
