Key Responsibilities:
Accurately manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, time tracking, and benefit information.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings (e.g., W-2, 1099).
Resolve payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, and respond to employee inquiries.
Collaborate closely with HR and accounting teams to ensure payroll alignment across departments.
Assist with audits and reporting needs tied to payroll operations.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll.
Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar platforms).
Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and garnishments.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
