Hiring Goal:

We are currently seeking an Associate Broker to join our team at our headquarters in the heart of Cherry Creek North. This is a dynamic position that requires a motivated self-starter to assist with the day-to-day functions of the Leasing team, tenant recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and team members. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join an established, well-capitalized, family-owned, and growing real estate company and play a key role in the company’s ongoing success and growth. The Associate Broker will report to the Director of Leasing, Derek Henry.

Key Responsibilities Include the following:

Conduct 100 cold calls per week and maintain a prospecting list

Track, monitor, and follow up on leads

Attend and conduct property showings

Draft Letters of Intent for prospective tenants

Participate in weekly leasing meetings

Enthusiastic about AI

Desired background and attributes

Candidates will be considered in the totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must-haves.”

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel+, PowerPoint)

Technically savvy

Ability to thrive and multi-task in a high-demand, dynamic environment

Flexible, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset needed

Must be a self-starter

Compensation and Benefits

$41,600 annual salary ($1,600 bi-weekly) plus commissions.
