About the Role:

We’re seeking a high-potential Senior Purchasing Manager to play a pivotal role in streamlining procurement processes, enhancing vendor relationships, and optimizing inventory management in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in HVAC, heating and cooling systems, air handling, or construction project management.

Proven Leadership: Track record of building and developing high-performing teams while managing diverse supplier relationships.

Process Improvement Expertise: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles; Six Sigma certification or CPM/CPIM/CSCP credentials are a plus.

Results-Driven: Demonstrated history of delivering quantifiable achievements — not just cost savings, but the strategies behind the success (e.g., reduced supplier base by 13% through strategic sourcing initiatives).

Strong Character: High moral and ethical standards, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
