Summary:
Our well-established Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to manage the accounting functions for multiple commercial and residential properties. This position is at the office, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Position is available now.

Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank reconciliations
Reconciling GL monthly
Generate monthly financial statements and reports
Annual reconciliations
Annual budgets
Process 1099's
Process Tenant & Vendor Insurance certificates
Customer Service
Light phones with Tenants and Vendors
Monthly/Annual Gross Sales Reporting

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years full charge accounting experience
Large ERP software
QuickBooks experience would be a plus
Associates or Bachelors Degree, preferred
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Self Starter - Detail oriented
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures
Knowledge of PC
