Accounts Receivable Analyst with Salesforce Experience About the Role:

Onsite in East Columbus, OH

Pay $24-26/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst with strong experience in both A/R processes and Salesforce. This role is essential in supporting financial operations during a critical transition to Salesforce, which is being integrated with our current ERP system, Count It.

This is a contract position through the end of June, with potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track incoming donations

Prepare and process weekly cash deposits

Accurately log and maintain financial data in Count It and Salesforce

Assist in reconciliation and reporting as needed

Collaborate with the Finance and HR teams to support ongoing system implementation

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

Proficient in Salesforce - must be comfortable working within the system daily

Experience with ERP systems (Count It preferred)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment
