Fabrication Manager

LHH is partnering with one of our clients in the Manufacturing industry in their search for a Fabrication Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of their Fabrication Department.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, fabrication, and supervisory experience to join an established and reputable industry leader and local Denver business. Our client is offering a strong benefits package, including a 401K match up to 4%, an annual bonus up to 15%, and a base salary up to $115,000.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team; train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Maintain accurate production records and reports; ensure employee timekeeping is accurate.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with previous management experience and a focus on Fabrication

CAD software proficiency and other engineering tools experience

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials

Preferred Requirements:

Lean Manufacturing principles knowledge and experience

Appliance Manufacturing experience
