Description:

New Client Engagement Liaison

Location: Denver Tech Center (In Person)

Who You Are

You’ve spent time in financial services or wealth management, likely at a larger firm; Charles Schwab, Fidelity, TIAA, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, RIAs, etc. You’re now ready for something more dynamic, entrepreneurial, and impactful

You’re a natural connector—someone who builds rapport fast and creates real value in every interaction

You have B2B sales chops—you understand how to sell ideas, build trust, and move people toward a decision

You’re familiar with (or eager to learn) the RIA space, investment management, and financial planning

You’ve worked with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), and you’re comfortable keeping outreach clean and organized

You’re not afraid of rejection—you handle objections like a pro and always bring it back to value

You’re curious, proactive, and persistent. You want the win—but you’re also focused on doing what’s right for the client

FINRA Series 65 is a plus—or you’re willing to earn it

About EdgeRock Wealth Management

EdgeRock Wealth Management is a client- and culture-first RIA that’s growing fast and thinking big. We’re not just scaling—we’re building something meaningful. Our team is made up of high-performers who bring energy, drive, and a passion for helping clients live better financial lives.

We believe in hiring people who are already thriving but want more—more impact, more opportunity, and more room to run.

This role is ideal for someone who’s worked at a larger financial institution or wealth management firm, knows the ropes, but wants to break out of the bureaucracy and into a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where they can actually move the needle.

About the Role

We’re looking for a New Client Engagement Liaison who brings a wholesaler mindset to the table—someone who’s savvy, strategic, and thrives in a B2B-style sales role, connecting qualified high-net-worth individuals to our advisor team.

You’ll be the connector between interest and action: engaging with warm leads, building rapport, and getting the right people in front of our advisors. Whether the lead comes from a digital campaign, a client referral, or a seminar event, your role is to establish trust quickly, qualify thoughtfully, and convert consistently.

The right candidate has experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field—someone who understands the stakes and the opportunity, and is excited to work alongside a high-performing advisor team to drive growth.

Success means ensuring our advisors have 3-5 new qualified prospect meetings per week each, and that every conversation is an opportunity to bring someone closer to life-changing financial guidance.

What You’ll Do

Own the front-end of the sales funnel—initiating meaningful conversations and booking qualified meetings for our advisors

Make 50+ calls a day across inbound inquiries, warm referrals, event attendees, and outbound outreach

Connect directly with prospects from our marketing channels (TV, email, events, digital, and more)

Qualify HNW individuals ($500K+ investable assets) using a consultative, relationship-first approach

Help plan and run in-person prospecting events, ensuring follow-up is timely and thoughtful

Partner with advisors and leadership to continually refine outreach strategy and increase conversion

Track key metrics and use CRM tools to stay on top of every opportunity
