We're Hiring: Ab Initio Consultant (W2 Only)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware (Relocation Candidates Welcome)

Pay Rate: $70–$90/hr (W2 ONLY — No C2C)

Are you a Data Engineering expert with a passion for solving complex challenges using Ab Initio? Join our team as a Senior Ab Initio Consultant where your expertise will directly influence strategic initiatives and large-scale solutions for our enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do:

Consult as a subject-matter expert to design and influence complex engineering solutions.

Solve unique and challenging problems that require innovation and deep technical acumen.

Architect and develop scalable, end-to-end data applications and pipelines.

Provide technical leadership and strategic input to senior client stakeholders.

Drive improvements in CI/CD, change management, data security, and audit compliance.

What You Bring:

7+ years of Engineering/Data Engineering experience

7+ years of Ab Initio and ETL development

5+ years implementing data solutions with CI/CD, security, and governance

Proficient in:

• Ab Initio Co>Op, GDE

• Unix/Linux scripting

• GitHub

• Oracle

• Messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ)

• Autosys

• JSON transformations

Strong experience with large-scale batch processing and performance tuning

Ability to build asynchronous micro-batch pipelines
