Position Overview
Fisher Management Partners is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Consultant. This role will use their analytical skills, technology acumen, and affinity for understanding and building business processes to provide an advanced level of project support and create value for our clients. This self-directed team member will hold themselves accountable for driving results in often complex client situations.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who learns from experimentation and from proactively seeking feedback to ensure both personal growth and success of client projects. This professional will quickly adapt to situations and teams and can achieve results even in difficult circumstances. If you have deep ERP solutions configuration experience and knowledge of related technologies, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
Business Integration: Efficiently analyze and gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's strategies, business, processes, and systems landscape.
Innovation / Facilitation: Utilize analytical expertise to unravel complex challenges, innovate, and navigate unforeseen challenges while guiding clients through informed decision-making processes.
Software Configuration: Synthesize cross-functional business needs and technology requirements and translate them into effective integrated processes enabled by ERP configurations.
Deliverable Development: Develop and oversee others developing polished deliverables (e.g. process maps, procedures, and test scripts) while guiding teams through core ERP project phases.
Implementation Leadership: Lead both client and consulting teams through the seamless implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Team Collaboration: Foster collaborative project team culture and communicate effectively with diverse range of client and Fisher stakeholders.
Project Management: Apply expert functional and technical knowledge to drive and support implementation planning, project administration, and proactive risk management.
Software Proficiency: Stay current with advancement of software capabilities and actively integrate the latest capabilities into client solutions.
Business Development: Engage in strategic business development initiatives as an integral part of the firm's growth.
Organization: Independently prioritize and manage concurrent project and internal Fisher roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Business Experience: 5 to 10 years.
Big 4 Consulting: 5+ years Big 4 service delivery is a key differentiator.
ERP Solution Configuration: 2 to 5 years.
Functional Expertise: Finance / accounting modules, others a plus.
ERP Solutions Expertise: Oracle (NetSuite, Fusion Cloud), Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, and other leading middle-market solutions.
Infor: Infor experience is specifically desirable.
Middle Market: Experience navigating complex initiatives in the middle market and larger companies.
Industry: Manufacturing and distribution industry experience is desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Leadership: Ability to lead both client and consulting team members on teams of varying size.
Executive Presence: Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence both client and consulting team members.
