We're seeking an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join our client's in-house legal team. This role focuses on managing patent portfolios, handling IP billing, and ensuring accurate docketing. Corporate legal experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the internal IP docket
Track and verify patent annuities and maintenance fees
Review monthly invoices, resolve billing discrepancies
Use Anaqua to manage IP records and deadlines
Requirements:
7+ years of patent prosecution paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international patent processes
Proficient in Anaqua
Prior experience in a corporate legal environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
