We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our client to partner with business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. This role supports complex business processes, requiring the design or integration of technical solutions across multiple functions. Responsibilities:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business areas to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically support business needs.

Support one or more highly complex business processes requiring cross-functional technical solutions.

Serve as a project team member or lead, coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements.

Align IT resources and processes to meet organizational needs and contribute to enterprise solution design.

Assess the need for APIs and initiate the gathering of all relevant requirements.

Facilitate group sessions to gather and document functional/non-functional requirements and use cases.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

7+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience in a Business Analyst role, including:

Assisting in the creation of scope documents.

Eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases.

Producing process flows using Visio.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.

Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills.

Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements, with the ability to ask relevant questions and drill into details.

Proven ability to track and drive deliverables to completion.
