Property Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to manage our client’s property portfolio and assist with accounts payable duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of property management, and experience in handling financial transactions. This position will pay between $18 and $21/hr.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, verifying payment requests, and reconciling vendor statements.
Maintain accurate records of property expenses and income, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed to satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to property management.
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
