Our client is a specialized search firm dedicated to delivering high-quality talent solutions to our clients. The team is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding industry trends, and finding the best fit for candidates and companies. This is not a volume but a relationship-driven business model. Last year the rookie on this team billed over 400K.

What You’ll Do:

You will spend your time on the phone - or meeting people! You will be trained to run a full-cycle (360) recruitment desk, including making outreach sales cold calls to potential clients.

Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit

Assist with interview coordination and candidate communications

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Research market trends and talent pools for various industries

Support senior recruiters in executing search strategies

What We’re Looking For:

Something extraordinary about you - what separates you from the pack?

1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, HR, or a related field (internship experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms (a plus)

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
