Job Overview:

On behalf of our pharma client, we are seeking a highly skilled Functional SAP QM Analyst to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Quality Management to drive applications implementation, integration, and enhancements within our organization. Your ability to collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams will be essential as you design, configure, and test QM applications and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP S/4 HANA QM applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP EWM and other systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for business process improvement and to enhance Quality & Batch Management, Plant Maintenance, and Calibration functionalities.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of QM applications to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Provide ongoing support and training to users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA QM, including implementation, upgrade, and support.

Strong understanding of Quality & Batch Management, Plant Maintenance, and Calibration processes.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Highly Desired:

Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of FDA CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
