Appian UI Developer - Onsite in Charlotte, W2 Contract

Job Title: Appian UI Developer - W2 Candidates only, No C2C/No visa sponsorship

Duration: 12-18 months

Location: Charlotte NC

Required Pay Scale: $68/hr W2 - No C2C and no visa sponsorship.

In Person Interview in Charlotte NC is required.

Project Details:

Appian UI Developer who will be responsible for software development, integration, customization, and support. The individual will be working with other members of an agile team and will be responsible for new development. Team members are expected to work closely with analysts and the line of business to understand new requirements and to deliver. The ideal candidate will be Appian developer, with experience in delivering BPM solutions and an ability to learn.

Must Haves

1. Appian (18x/19x/20x) BPM applications, including SAIL code

2. Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models. Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.

3. Appian technical documentation and Appian user community to build new prototypes as required

4. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile iterative development approach

MUST HAVE: 5 years of Appian UI hands-on experience in development, configuration, debug, unit test and documentation. Worked on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementation (Design/ Develop/ Deploy/ Package)

MUST HAVE: Expertise in designing and implementing BPM solutions for process simplification, case management and role based applications.

5. Exceptional knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.

6. Experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment etc.

7. Expertise in business Integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 higher versions.

8. Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during project life cycles

9. Ability to do root cause analysis on production issues reported by business users

Desired Skills

• Need to work independently on assignments based on specific requirements.

• Experience with database design.

• Identify and articulate the risks during development deployment.

• Coordinate and communicate with various teams with exceptional communication skills.

• Expertise in using CICD Pipeline for Appian.
