Looking for a full time Help Desk Analyst
This will be onsite with 3 different types of shift work, must be flexible on the shift
Must have great customer service skills, know how to handle Microsoft Products, handling ticketing, email requests, phone intakes, remote login.
Must be able to troubleshoot computers, printers, network switches, routers and other in store hardware.
Order equipment (computers, printers, routers) for locations utilizing email to the warehouse to place orders and NetSuite for tracking shipments.
Active Directory and troubleshooting
System administration and security.
