Role: Configuration Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (Occasional travel to company hubs as required)
Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 USD + Annual Bonus
Requirements / Qualifications
US Citizen, Green card holder, EAD, H4 Visa.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of IT experience OR HS diploma/GED and 7 years of IT experience
2+ years of Agile experience
Strong knowledge of SQL, VB Scripts, Java Scripts, and stored procedures
Hands-on experience with Fiserv applications: Signature, Aperio, Docplus, and Nautilus
Proficient in Agile frameworks, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of financial services and banking business processes
Technical/configuration experience with document generation, content management systems, workflows, and system integration
Proven ability to lead large and critical business projects, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
