Amazing opportunity with a Top 5 US Home builder looking to add High Quality Mortgage Loan Professionals to their Beltsville Team.

As a Loan Processor, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community. You'll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience. You will have a direct impact on the customers ability to secure a loan for their dream home.

Responsibilities

Maintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, branch personnel, and the Homebuilding divisions throughout the entire loan process

Collect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan files

Set up loan files, manually and on the computer, and order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, VOD's credit report, etc.)

Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing department

Follow up on submitted loans and/or pended loans

Coordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as required

Remain knowledgeable in all loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Strong oral and written communication skills

Drug Testing and Credit Check are required
