About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Autochem Delivery Driver to join our client's team in Hampton Bays, NY. This position is responsible for delivering chlorine and other hazardous materials in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver chlorine efficiently according to the scheduled route.

Operate metering equipment to ensure accurate delivery measurements.

Conduct visual inspections of customer systems to detect leaks or issues.

Follow OSHA safety standards to protect yourself, your helper, company property, and client property.

Ensure compliance with Hazmat regulations and procedures.

Route daily stops for maximum efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness of the delivery truck (interior & exterior).

Complete all paperwork accurately and neatly, including delivery logs and gallon counts.

Maintain open communication with the office throughout the workday.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant driving/delivery experience

License: Valid CDL Class B or A with tank, air brakes, and Hazmat endorsements

Other: Clean driving record and commitment to safety standards
