Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst

Pride Health is looking for a high-impact Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to join our client’s team in New York, NY. This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and transform enterprise-level HCM strategy into action—right at the intersection of HR, IT, and innovation.

Location: 100% Onsite in New York, NY

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Contract: 2 Months (High Possibility of Extension)

What You’ll Own:

Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to shape and optimize Oracle HCM workflows.

Configure, customize, test, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits).

Lead business analysis, identify process gaps, and deliver scalable solutions.

Develop clean, powerful reports and dashboards.

Support UAT and ensure seamless data migration and post-go-live support.

Empower users with documentation and training to make HCM tech feel human.

Your Toolkit Includes:

2–3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud environments

Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrations, and data migration

A Bachelor's Degree (required) + Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (preferred)

Exceptional communication—able to bridge technical + non-technical worlds
