Educational Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources across our network of charter schools. This role is essential to ensuring smooth HR operations, strong employee relations, and full compliance with employment law and licensure regulations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding for all school and network staff
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
Support benefits administration and employee leave tracking
Assist with recruitment, job postings, and candidate coordination
Advise staff on HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Collaborate with leadership to support positive workplace culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
