Job Title: C&I Solar Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to lead the charge in promoting commercial and industrial (C&I) solar energy solutions. This role involves engaging potential clients, delivering tailored system proposals, and supporting the full lifecycle of solar project implementation-from prospecting to after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to drive business growth.
Understand and clearly communicate the technical and financial value of C&I solar energy systems to a diverse range of customers.
Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, contracts, and proposals.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and order progress using a CRM platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams-including marketing, logistics, and project management-to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to build brand presence and client relationships.
Provide responsive after-sales support including order updates, issue resolution, and gathering client feedback to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and eager to adopt CRM and other sales tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Previous B2B sales experience is required
