Senior System Engineer

An Oil and Gas client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join their IT team.

This person will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing Azure infrastructure, with a strong focus on supporting M&A activities through the evaluation and integration of systems, applications, and users.

This candidate will be responsible for managing cloud resources, leading migrations, standardizing security (Azure AD, RBAC), and driving cost optimization.

The engineer will work closely with infrastructure, application, and network engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across a hybrid environment that aligns with evolving business needs.

This full-time role requires 5 days onsite in Downtown Houston, Texas, with a salary range of $130,000 - $160,000.
