The Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator will support all ERP needs, which includes Oracle Fusion Cloud Services ERP modules (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, Project Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting).
On-Site/Remote/Hybrid: Ideal candidate is 4-5 days on site in Bethesda

Salary: $120-$150k
On a temp basis: $55-$70/hr
Hours 8:00am -5:00pm
This position supports technical and functional services, and includes end-user training, functional testing, assistance with data extractions, reports, interfaces, etc. The Oracle Fusion ERP Support position serves as a resource to support both IT and Accounting departments to address day-to-day issues.
Candidate ideally would be local to the DC metro area (Montgomery County, MD) and would be open to a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
• Researches and documents Oracle Fusion ERP cloud service requirements
• Leads business users in the implementation of new cloud services as needed
• Gathers information, prepares and reports on the status of business projects for discussion with leadership and end users
• Works with functional users and the IT staff to resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Responds to and resolves Oracle Fusion ERP cloud application and database access and performance issues
• Recommends, schedules, and performs improvements and upgrades for cloud service and systems
• Assesses and develops long-term strategic goals for cloud services and databases in conjunction with functional end users
• Creates required reports in response to business user needs following configuration control and SOX requirements
Candidates should have the following background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IST, related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of experience implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM;
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology best practices and policies
• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations, ability to lead projects and motivate others, and proven organizational and planning skills required
