Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Commercial Analyst Lead to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving pricing strategy, delivering market intelligence, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance profitability and market positioning. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a commercial mindset, and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead pricing strategy and margin analysis for a key product line, using market trends and competitive data to guide decisions.

Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and influence go-to-market strategies.

Build and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to visualize sales performance, pricing trends, and regional market share.

Develop robust financial models to support pricing scenarios, new product launches, and long-term strategy planning.

Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to align pricing and commercial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.

3-5 years of experience in a commercial, pricing, or financial analysis role.

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; Power BI experience highly preferred.

Proven ability to synthesize data and deliver clear, strategic insights to senior leadership.

Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
