Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CFO with a strong network in banking and private equity (PI). This individual will be responsible for securing funding and driving the financial strategy of the company. The CFO will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to support business expansion and ensure sound financial decision-making. The role is initially a contract position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Lead fundraising efforts, including securing equity financing if needed.

Provide financial insights to the executive team to guide strategic decisions.

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage financial risk, compliance, and accounting systems.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a rapidly scaling business.

Strong experience in banking relationships and fundraising, including private equity.

Proven track record in financial strategy and planning.

Ability to work closely with leadership in a fast-moving environment.

CPA or MBA preferred.
