Position: Application Support Engineer
Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, Texas

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to provide Tier III support for our client's environment and store applications. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, ensure system performance, and handle escalations. Additionally, you’ll create system interfaces using PowerShell and SQL, integrate data into a Data Warehouse, and perform system monitoring and capacity planning.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier III support for POS systems and store applications
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability
Develop system interfaces using PowerShell and SQL
Integrate data from APIs into the Data Warehouse
Perform troubleshooting, system configuration, and updates
Create/maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a systems support role with expertise in Point of Sales (POS) systems, SQL, and .NET
Strong problem-solving, scripting, and technical support skills
Experience with ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
Ability to work independently and manage projects
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data manipulation tools like SQL and Excel
Project management experience
