Vice President of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale our water and waste infrastructure initiatives. This executive-level role will be responsible for strategic leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, construction, and environmental compliance teams. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in water/wastewater systems and a passion for sustainable, resilient infrastructure development.

Lead all engineering functions related to water treatment, wastewater, stormwater management, and related infrastructure projects.

Develop and execute the long-term strategy for engineering operations aligned with regulatory, environmental, and business goals.

Oversee planning, design, and implementation of major infrastructure programs and capital improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (EPA, DEP, OSHA, etc.).

Bachelors Degree required

10+ years of Water and Waster infrastructure project management experience including communications, planning, budgeting, management

Experience with ERSI and City Works

Experience with SCADA and Advanced water Treatment
