Position Summary:

This Corporate Counsel role supports clients by managing primary clients, overseeing projects within service level agreements, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will receive regular training and development to grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary legal advisor to assigned clients, providing day-to-day counsel across business law matters including contracts, employment, governance, and more.

Understand your clients' businesses deeply, connecting legal guidance to their goals, operations, and growth strategies.

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with clarity and intentionality, ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk profiles.

Proactively manage legal projects from start to finish within service level expectations, leveraging project management tools and internal support.

Build and nurture trusted client relationships through responsiveness, strategic insight, and consistent delivery of value.

Collaborate with attorneys and project managers to develop and deliver seamless, business-forward legal solutions.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal systems, refining processes and legal templates to support team growth and efficiency.

Participate in client-facing business development activities including prospective meetings, scoping conversations, and marketing content.

Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience as corporate counsel.

Broad knowledge of business law including employment, contracts, and governance; knowledge of trademark, real estate, business transactions a plus.

Licensed to practice law in Washington State; licensing in Colorado, California, or other jurisdictions a plus.

Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive base salary range of $115,000-$135,000 with bonus and commission opportunities. This salary range is specific to Washington residents. Salary range will be adjusted based on Consumer Price Index for non-Washington candidates.

Hybrid or remote work options are available. Periodic in-person meetings in Bellevue, Washington, will be required, and travel reimbursements will be provided for employees who reside 120 miles or more from our location.
