We’re hiring two IT Business Analysts to join a forward-thinking, data-driven organization headquartered in Tempe, AZ. This team is focused on innovation, investing heavily in data, business intelligence, and AI. You’ll partner with both IT and business leaders to deliver scalable insights that shape real operational decisions — all within a collaborative, people-first culture.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to gather requirements and align goals

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Analyze business data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives

Partner with IT to develop scalable systems and support process improvements

Contribute to change management, training, and BI roadmap development

What You Bring

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role

Strong experience with Power BI and building business-facing dashboards

Solid SQL skills (basic to moderately complex queries)

Excellent communication skills; able to simplify data for non-technical users

Proactive, collaborative, and committed to team success

Tech Environment

Power BI, SQL, Azure, Databricks, Microsoft BI Stack

Bonus points for exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Background in construction, finance, or blue-collar industries is a plus

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience

Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure
