Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Are you a Tableau expert with a passion for turning complex data into powerful business insights? our client, a top professional services company, is looking for a Senior BI Analytics Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful data initiatives and influence decision-making through innovative analytics.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement data visualizations using Tableau to deliver strategic business insights.

Perform complex data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can add value.

Create compelling data storytelling to communicate insights effectively.

Work with structured and unstructured data sources to enhance reporting capabilities.

Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize reporting tools and business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in SQL, data visualization, and analytics.

Proven expertise in Tableau and other BI tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Knowledge of financial concepts is a plus.
